1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting elysium-spa.ae or booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. About Elysium Spa

Elysium European Spa ("we," "us," "the Spa") is a professional wellness facility operating at two locations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates:

• Barsha Heights: HC Floor, Atana Hotel, Barsha Heights, Dubai

• Business Bay: Millennium Atria Business Bay Hotel, Dubai

3. Services

We offer professional massage and wellness treatments including Aroma Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Lomi-Lomi Massage, Lava Shell Massage, Bamboo Massage, Ritual Signature Massage, Couples Massage, Four Hands Massage, and Six Hands Massage. Prices, durations, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Bookings and Appointments

Appointments are made via phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram. A booking is confirmed only upon written or verbal confirmation from our team. Please specify your preferred location at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule bookings at our discretion.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment value. The Spa reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, a full reschedule or refund will be offered.

6. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, including introductory discounts, are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

7. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes.

8. Health and Medical Conditions

You are responsible for informing our therapists of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities before treatment begins. We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it may be unsafe. Our treatments are for relaxation and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice or treatment.

9. Conduct

We maintain a respectful, professional environment. Inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund. Services are available to guests aged 18 and above.

10. Limitation of Liability

Elysium Spa is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to personal property during your visit, except where caused by our direct negligence. We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies. Our liability is limited to the value of the treatment purchased.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on elysium-spa.ae is the property of Elysium Spa and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
